If you are a Mayan Owner and would like to list your Mayan Palace or Grand Mayan week for rental.

listed your rental week with one of the many agents that claim they can rent your week for
$2000 or more for a small up front fee of $300 or $500... and never heard from them again.

That's when we decided to rent on my own website. Soon a couple of other Mayan Palace
owners contacted me to see if we would rent their week for them. We rented around 100 units in 2005 and we will be over 300 for 2007.
We only charge you when we rent. There are no
upfront fees. we charge a rate that is competetive, but still puts some cash in your pocket
after paying your maintenance fee.
2008 Update:
If you have 12 month booking privileges, we urgently need your weeks (this usually requires that you have spent more
than $50,000 with Mayan Resorts and have purchased or upgraded since February 2006)
Otherwise our listings are full for 2008 You can go to our contract page for details of our listing process. : We understand the rental amounts are less than you were anticipating, but there are a lot of places on the internet renting them even cheaper.
If you want to get on the waiting list, there is a small chance for 2008 and a better chance for 2009, please fill out the listing form.
