Grand Bliss Riviera Maya Photoscheck availability

There are now two Grand Bliss Buildings in the Vidanta Riviera Maya Resort. If you like what you see in the Grand Bliss Riviera Maya photos, you can check out availability here, and you can visit our website for more information and options.

The Grand Bliss Riviera Maya is located on the banks of a man made lagoon. The Caribbean Sea lies just over a small sand dune. A nice crop of trees is separates the Grand Bliss and Grand Mayan buildings. The accommodations are similar to the Grand Mayan. The Grand Bliss has access to all the Grand Mayancheck availability pools. There's the lazy river, wave pools, water slide and other places to swim. You can see them here. You can see a map of the resort here.

I think of the Riviera Maya as a paradise. With a rental car you can experience some of the most amazing beaches, restaurants and cities the world has to offer, as well as the rich history that encompasses this region. The resort lies within reach of Playa del Carmen, Tuluum and Cancun. If your ambitious you can reach the colonial town of Merida. It's known for its unique restaurants and history. There are beaches all along the length of the east coast as you travel.

There are breathtaking historical ruins, like Coba and Tuluum, including one of the Seven Wonders of the World, Chichen Itza. If adventuring is your thing, there are over 6,000 cenotes (cave-like sinkholes) to visit, only 2,600 of which have been explored. (The Mayan used these as ritual sites and treasure has been known to be found in them, wink, wink.) You can swim, snorkel and zip line at many of these sites.

Grand Bliss Riviera Maya Accommodations

The resort offers lots of amenities: a concierge and travel agency, beach access, 18-hole championship golf course (originally designed by Jack Nicklaus and Jack Nicklaus II, par 54), swimming pools with two swim up pool bars and poolside snack services, fitness center and full-service spa, steam room, sauna and Jacuzzi. There's a sports club for adults and tennis courts. There is live entertainment nightly.

On the practical side, they also offer babysitters (available on request) and a kid's club, car, kayak, hobycat and jet ski rentals, 24-hour on-site medical services, grocery store and cigar shop, self-service washers/dryers and a laundromat, taxi service, valet parking and special services for the handicapped.

The Grand Bliss accommodations are bigger than the Grand Mayan rooms by a few hundred square feet, and also include a mini fridge and a coffee maker either in the studio bedroom, or in the second bedroom of a suite. Other amenities include: a full kitchen or kitchenette, dining area and living room with fold-out sofa beds, marble bathroom(s) with a huge Jacuzzi, shower and two vanities, a large private balcony with a private cooling pool, satellite/cable TVs, International direct dial telephone (with voicemail), air conditioning and an electronic safe. The tower is also much more private and quieter than the Grand Mayan, generally. The Grand Mayan is still great, it's just about what fits your tastes!

As you can see, everything in the Grand Bliss is just a bit bigger, just a bit nicer, just a bit more blissful. It's in a quieter building, but has direct access to the Grand Mayan waterpark action. It is a bit farther to the pools, maybe an extra three to five minutes. But the space, amenities and privacy are prime. Enjoy the Grand Bliss Riviera Maya photos!check availability
