We've never had any problems finding accomodations at the Mayan Resorts with JOhn. For us holidays in Mexico in this Resort could not be any better. We own weeks at the Grand Luxxe but whenever we need more time to accommodate the family here is when John comes in. Thank you John and LInda. It's been a pleasure dealing with you guys always.

We booked 4 rooms from Mayan Rental for Christmas break 2011 at the Grand Bliss. What a great experience! The rentals went smooth, and the property was absolutely amazing! The rooms could not have been nicer, the facilities more beuatiful, or the vacation so hassle free. We will definately book through Mayan Rental again in the future!

We stayed for New Years week at the Mayan Palace. The resort is really nice, although almost at full occupancy we allways found a shaded spot by the pool. The rooms are great, much bigger and nicer than expected, the back and forth transportation to the Grand Mayan beach front is excellent ans runs every 5 minutes. My two children had a great time. Family activities by the pool and by night are run constantly, bingo, loteria, aqua aerobics were a lot of fun. Prices at the restaurant and shop are ok. Only one but, the cleaning lady does not do the dishes, so I did my share of dish washing during the whole week, since I had borught food for breakfast and snacks.

Hi John, We just returned from our PV vacation. What a wonderful time we had! Just a couple of questions... Why don't you recommend Vallarta Adventures Canopy Tour for the ziplining? We loved it! It was very well run, the staff was incredibly friendly and we felt totally safe. I would love to hear what your experience has been before i recommend to anyone. Also, do you ever have units in the Bliss, the Grand Luxxe or in the Punta building. We would love to go back and try the other accomodations. Happy new year, Jan Rosenfeld

We got in Bldg 5 which wasn't as close as we'd hoped to the pools, etc. The resort is beautiful, but a bit too large for us.....we frequently got lost. We would have liked more signs around to help us navigate and more information about restaurant hours etc. The excursions were very good and the discounts we got from Vidante made the 3+ hour presentation worth it (not quite the promised 90 minutes!) Overall a good experience and we were very glad to have the one bedroom with kitchenette! Thanks much!

This trip was amazing!!!! Thanks to John and Linda for making all the arrangements.. 2 weeks at the Grand Mayan was GREAT!!! Our other Guest that also arranged their booking throug you guys were taken care of as well. The Gran Mayan was a very luxurious place the people took care of us no problem... pools open 24hrs the kids had us going.. Resturants were great.. Can't wait till next year... The Grand Mayan was Awesome.! We spent a week with four other families, and we had a fabulous time. There was something for everyone! The little kids loved painting and swimming while the older kids loved the pools, beach and activities. All of us spent hours on the lazy river laughing and splashing away. When the evening meels seemed to be catching up with the ladies, the daytime water aerobics felt great. The staff is friendly, the restaurants are great and the atmosphere is festive. This is the best family-oriented resort that we have visited in Mexico or Hawaii. Fun, fun, fun!

My wife and I had a very enjoyable two weeks at the Grand Mayan Riviera Maya. Everyone at the Grand Mayan were very helpful and friendly. The pool area was great as well as the poolside restaurant. We really enjoyed all the activities and sites in the area. John and Linda were wonderful to deal with in booking our stay.

Mayan Palace in Riviera Maya just okay. Large pool maid service great. It is just very far from everything. Need a cab for everything which runs approx, $20.00 each way.
