Spent a week in the Cancun Riviera Maya property and it was one of the best experiences we have had. Great property, delicious food, courteous staff and great weather. I highly recommend this resort, great deal.

Hi John and Linda We had a great time at the Grand Mayan in Nuevo Vallarta. We did three excursions from the Vallarta.Adventure and love the Sierra Madre the most. We had a great tour guide, Gibram. It was a rainy season there so everyting was green and it only rained at night or early morning. The check-In went very smoothly and you have a great web page for booking vacation. Thank you Linda for telling me about the tours from the Vallarta.Adventure. It is THE BEST. We were amazed how many people spoke English. Thank you again.

The Grand Mayan is FABULOUS! The rooms, service, food, and spa were off the chain! I have never experienced anything like this place before and I plan to be back next year!

We certainly had a great three-week vacation this year once again. This is the second time we go to Mayan Palace Riviera Maya and it is really good. We never want to return home. Hospitality there is to be pointed out as impossible to be improved, people there are lovely. Regarding the rooms, they are always very tidy and there is always somebody checking if everything is correct. Restaurants such as Tramonto and Gong are unbelievable, their decoration is nice and the food very good, especially the basket of bread at Tramonto, though wines are a bit expensive. Talking about the pool, we had very good time in it, at a certain time it was a bit cold, in February some days were no so warm to enjoy cold water. All in all , we enjoyed our holidays there and we're planning to know how Mayan Palace looks like in Nuevo Vallarta or Acapulco. Thank you for your interest in asking about our vacation. I spent a week in February at the Grand Mayan in Riviera Maya with my family in honor of my husband's "special" birthday. Our rooms were next to each other in a good location. The food was exceptionally good and the staff very friendly. Lots to do in the area. Would definitely do it again!

Wanted to let you know what a wonderful vacation we had at the Grand Mayan in Nuevo Vallarta again this year. We were there the last week of January and had friends with us who loved it also. The weather was spectacular, the resort so well maintained, great food and everyone was so friendly. My only recommendation would be not to rely on directions from the hotel staff. We got lost several times in trying to find restaurants by car. We declined attending a timeshare presentation and was never asked again. I will be anxious to see once the construction on the new buildings is completed. It certainly is a resort that has something to offer for everyone. Thanks, John, for all of your help.

We always enjoy Mexico, the weather the people and the culture in most aspects are second to none. I just wanted to say that John was wonderful to work with booking our vacation to Mayan Palace..We have been many times before so we new that we would love the resort... Best resort in MX in my opinion. A few panics right before the trip and John was WONDERFUL and even called on a non work day to clarify and make sure it was correct. THANK YOU SOOOOO MUCH. Just wanted to say that our month at the Mayan Palace--Marina, Puerto Vallarta, was a wonderful vacation. The facilities were very good, and the staff as always, were excellent. This was our fourth year at this resort,and we look forward to returning in 2011.

Hi John: Our holidays were fantastic. We got both weeks rooms with ocean views which was very nice, specially because the Grand Mayan in Nuvo Vallarta is all under construction. It was pretty messy but the Grand Mayan areas, all the pools, the service, amenities etc were as always superb. I would love to keep receiveing your newsletters and updates on the resort.
