Reservation Process

  • Contact us to make sure it's available
  • We will send you a link to the booking form or you can call us.
  • A deposit of 50% is required after you receive your confirmation numbers.
  • The balance is due at least 45 days prior to the week rented.
  • You will receive a confirmation slip from the resort and a guest letter from the owner after making the final payment.

Fine Print

  • Cancellations received 45 days or more prior to the week rented (communicated by both phone and email) will receive a full
        refund minus a $100 processing fee.
  • Cancellations less than 45 days are not refundable.
  • Bookings with a check-in date from November 15 through December 31 must have final payment made by
        September 1st. Cancellations after September 1st may not receive a refund.
  • The renter is responsible for any damage they do to the rental property.
