Below are the maps of Los Cabos and Mexico. Cabo is located at the tip of the Baja peninsula, 750 miles south of California, where the Pacific Ocean and the Sea of Cortes come together. The Baja is made up of desert, creating a playground for hikers and ATV's, and pretty much perpetual sunshine for your beach vacation. With the low humidity, warm days, and cool nights, Cabo weather is the best of all the Mayan locations in Mexico.
Our guests are provided with complimentary transportation from the airport to the resort. The driver will meet you with a placard with your name on it. It is just a short 10 or 15 minute trip to the resort. You will have to pay for transport back to the airport at the end of your trip. You can certainly get by perfectly without a car. There are restaurants a short walk or taxi ride from the resort, adventure tours will pick you up, deep sea fishing right nearby, and bus or taxi is fine for a 20 minute trip to Cabo San Lucas.
If you decide to rent a car, Todos Santos , is an artist community that makes a great day trip. The other advantage is the freedom to drive to a good swimming beach (we can tell you where), along the Los Cabos corridor. You may even want to extend stay with a small circle tour up the peninsula and back.
