The suites are of the same exceptional quality as all the Grand Mayan resorts. Sitting on your balcony overlooking the Bay of Banderas cannot be beat.

Grand Mayan Nuevo Vallarta

The Mayan Palace Nuevo Vallarta is preferred by those that enjoy a little more peace and quiet. The Mayan Palace pool area is beuatiful, but not nearly as busy as the Grand Mayan. You have Mayan Resorts quality for a less money and location that is steps from the pool and the beach. And you have access to all the same excellent restaurants.

We have rentals at three Mayan Resorts in the Puerto Vallarta area. The two above are in Nuevo Vallarta. They are ten minutes from the airport and 20 minutes from town. This is close enough for a couple of nights in town, but If you want to be close enough to town to go out every night, you should look at the Puerto Vallarta tab for the Mayan Palace. Remember that this one needs to be booked quite early since it is smaller and fills up early.

In the Nuevo Vallarta location the Mayan Palace and the Grand Mayan are on the same grounds and are only about a couple of hundred yards apart. You can click on the “What’s the Difference” link to get a description of the differences between them. The Nuevo Vallarta area is convenient for other reasons. It is close to the Vallarta Adventures dock for some very cool tours (such as Rhythms of the Night, and other day trips by boat). You can find more info at Vallartaadventures.com. It is close to the fun small Mexican towns of Bucerias and Salyulita. Also, the resort has almost a half mile of beach and beautiful grounds.
