Privacy Policy
Our privacy policy is very simple.
- We do not store any of your credit card info after the purchase is completed
- We use your personal info only to contact you regarding your vacation rental
- NO ONE else will ever see your information
- We didn't even need a lawyer to figure this out
Terms and Conditions
- A deposit of at least 50% is required after you receive your confirmation
- We will give you the confirmation numbera and a phone number to confirm your booking with central reservations.
- The balance is due at least 45 days prior to the week
- You will receive a guest letter authorizing use of the rental after making the final payment. NOTE: You must take the guest letter and picture ID with you to the resort
Fine Print
- Cancellations received 45 days or more prior to the week rented (communicated by both phone & email) will receive a full refund minus a $100/unit/week processing fee
- Cancellations less than 45 days are not refundable
- Bookings with a check-in date from November 15 through December 31 must have final payment made by September 1st. Cancellations after September 1st may not receive a refund
- The only additional charge for the room will be a timeshare tax of 3% of the maintenance fee (usually 20 to 40 dollars)
- The renter is responsible for any damage they do to the rental property
