Remember the following important things which apply to all reservations:
Reservation Process
- Contact us to make sure it's available
- Make a reservation by completing the booking form or calling us.
- A deposit of 50% is required after you receive your confirmation numbers.
- The balance is due at least 45 days prior to the week rented.
- You will receive a confirmation slip from the resort and a guest letter from the owner after making the final payment.
Fine Print
- Cancellations received 45 days or more prior to the week rented (communicated by both phone & email) will receive a full refund minus a $100 processing fee
- Cancellations less than 45 days are not refundable
- Bookings with a check-in date from November 15 through December 31 must have final payment made by September 1st
- Cancellations after September 1st may not receive a refund
- The renter is responsible for any damage they do to the rental property
