Holiday weeks are Palm Sunday, Easter, Christmas, and New Year's. We are not charging holiday rates for Easter in 2009 due to Easter falling on lower demand weeks.

contacting us Even if you're late, it's worth checking, since last minute cancellations
are fairly common.
Remember the following important things which apply to all reservations:
Reservation Process
- Contact us to make sure it's available
- Make a reservation by completing the booking form or calling us.
- A deposit of 50% is required after you receive your confirmation numbers.
- The balance is due at least 45 days prior to the week rented.
- You will receive a confirmation slip from the resort and a guest letter from the owner after making the final payment.
Fine Print
- Cancellations received 45 days or more prior to the week rented (communicated by both phone & email) will receive a full
refund minus a $100 processing fee.
- Cancellations less than 45 days are not refundable.
- Bookings with a check-in date from November 15 through December 31 must have final payment made by
September 1st. Cancellations after September 1st may not receive a refund.
- The renter is responsible for any damage they do to the rental property.
