The Grand Luxxe buildings are located at the south end of the Nuevo Vallarta Vidanta resort. The pool areas surrounding the Luxxe buildings are quieter and have some special services like free popsicles and sunglass cleanings. Be careful though, the ice cream bars they sell are not free. There is a nice Jacuzzi area and a nice view of the city of Puerto Vallarta, but no lazy river, slides or kids area. Last time we were there we saw a very cool 4 foot iguana. The Luxxe I and Luxxe IV pool areas are open to guests at the Grand Luxxe in Nuevo Vallarta. At the moment, in Riviera Maya, there is just one Luxxe pool area and it is near the beach with a relaxing hammock area nearby.
If you are staying at the Grand Mayan or Grand Bliss you can visit Luxxe restaurants but not the Luxxe pools,

So sorry for this delayed response! Didn’t see this request for information. Honestly, the list is so long that we can’t reproduce it here. Your resort confirmation should have the number for Customer Care Center (800 number from the US). You can ask them to connect your call to the Spa and ask them directly, and set up an appointment while you are at it! Thank you for asking!
