We have a week available in the top level four bedroom Empire Estates for December 31 to January .  Email [email protected] to snag this unit for family and/or friends.  There is room for everyone.  The Holiday rate is $14,900, and it is worth every penny.  Arrive just in time for the New Years festivities or plan of your own party in your palatial estate.  The Empire Estates unit we have is all on one enormous floor, so there are no stairs to negotiate.  These are the newest units and are almost impossible to describe.

With 4 bedrooms,  4 1/2 bathrooms,  and a wrap around dec with huge private plunge pool, you will have the holiday of a lifetime.

The Estates Exclusive Amenities

The estates compound is located just across the Ameca river from the rest of Vidanta Nuevo Vallarta.  There is an exclusive spa,  exercise gym,  and twin pools.  One pool  for adults and one pool for families.   There is a beach side pool and lounge area reserved exclusively for Estates guests.   The Brezza restaurant is also located within this exclusive community area with excellent  International fare.  We visited friends in this magnificent area and we created a video of the Vidanta Estates to give you a taste of these units,  the pinnacle of Vidanta Luxury.  

The Spa at The Estates offers a full salon with beauty services, including manicures, pedicures, makeup, hair styling, hair removal, and much more.   In addition you can experience specialty massages, facials,  reflexology, couple’s massage and body treatments. 

The gym facilities at the Estates at Vidanta Nuevo Vallarta has world class equipment so you won’t miss a beat in your routine.  Of course, you can schedule a personal trainer to fine tune your routine.

Future Locations

In the near future there will be Estates units in a tower on the Vidanta Nuevo Vallarta beach.  This will be a combination of unparalleled luxury and a fabulous ocean view.   In addition,  units will be opening at the spectacular new East Cape resort near San Jose del Cabo and also in the jungle at Vidanta Riviera Maya.  When we say near future, that is never very precise.  Personally, I am guessing 2024 or 2025.
