Enhancing the the surrounding landscape, this new executive 18 hole, par 54 golf course will challenge your drive and creativity. This Jack Nicklaus course winds around lakes, sand traps and mangroves. Between the lush vegetation of the Mayan jungle and the vibrant blue of the Caribbean, the course is two thirds of the way between Cancun and Playa del Carmen. From the first tee off, the stone-rimmed lakes, dense shrubs, and 28 bunkers present many obstacles to a good golf score, testing your skill and strategy. The difficult 17th hole has a unique design. Go for par, but beware of the hazards - a lake, two traps on either side of the hole, and another in the green's center.
You can enjoy a light snack at the bar before golfing or have a drink to celebrate your winning score. The Golf Course at the Mayan Palace Riviera Maya is designed by Jack Nicklaus and Jack Nicklaus II.
Hours are 6:30 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. Please note that the latest start time is 7:00 p.m. for 9 holes only. (Check with Mayan Palace for exact times)
