The Puerto Vallarta location (not Nuevo Vallarta) have exclusively Mayan Palace units. The pictures here are of the Mayan Palace Riviera Maya and Nuevo Vallarta, but the Mayan Palace suites are in Puerto Vallarta are quite similar. There are older renovated units with big balconies and newer units, closer to the ocean, however they have the small (not very functional) balconies. The grounds have the usual beautiful pool area and about 100 meters of beach on Banderas Bay.
The living room as well as both bedrooms have televisions. There are no VCR's or DVD players, but who needs them in a resort like this? Daily maidservice is included in all accommodations. We have found that leaving a daily 50 peso note (about $4) for the day maid will make the housekeepers love you. The kitchen in the one and two bedroom units have the following amenities:

- Microwave
- Blender
- Cook top
- Moderate sized refrigerator
- Cooking utensils, pans and dishes
As you would expect from Gold Crown resorts, they are all maintained to the same high standard and air conditioned.
