Nothing compares to the four bedroom, four and a half bath Residence Take an elevator directly into your opulent living space. They are so large that they have a balcony on the balcony on the back of the building and a second huge balcony on the front of the building. With approximately 6,200 square feet of space , wet bar, two masters with King beds and two bedrooms with two queen beds. These units are perfect for families or for a group of couples.

The Residence Tower amenities include full concierge and butler service, private elevators that open into your suite, a rooftop pool and SkyLounge restaurants for the exclusive use of tower guests.

There are living and dining areas both indoor and outdoor.

The extra space allows for additions you don’t find even in the Luxxe or Spa Tower units. They have “in unit” washer and dryer as well as a built in wine cooler. These are also the first units to include an oven as part of the cooking equipment.

Each kitchen comes fully equipped with dishes, cookware, glassware, stove, oven microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee machine. There is also a large indoor dining area as well as an outdoor dining table on the patio.

Many of our Spa Tower Owner contracts include free golf rounds, free massages. All come with free wifi internet. There are many different contracts, so please inquire about specific amenities.
